Fresh light red wine made from Alicante grapes, naturally fermented on its native yeasts and aged six months in stainless steel tanks.
About This Wine
Pergolacce is a dark colored rosé wine which is perfect served fresh from the fridge but equally enjoyable at room temperature. It is a very versatile wine which suits perfectly being paired with a lot of dishes, ranging from fish dishes to white meat dishes, but it is also perfect for any vegetable dish.
Pergolacce is made – like all wines of Ranchelle – without any additives and without any addition of sulfur. Pergolacce Rosso is a lively, fruit-driven expression of the Maremma: fresh and spicy – and deeply drinkable for almost any occasion.
