Corindo Rosato
Rosé wine from direct pressing of Ciliegiolo and Alicante grapes, naturally fermented on native yeasts and aged in stainless steel.
About This Wine
Corindo Rosato is crafted from Ciliegiolo and Alicante grown in the vineyards around Poggio Murella, two historic Maremman red varieties known for their delicate aromatics and freshness.
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed immediately after destemming, allowing only the palest colour to be extracted from the skins. The must then ferments naturally with indigenous yeasts, without any additives.
The result is a dry, elegant rosé with a pale cherry colour and a fresh, savoury character — a wine that reflects both the Mediterranean climate and the gentle structure of the native grapes.
Corindo Rosato is intended to be youthful, expressive, and gastronomic, revealing both fruit purity and mineral depth.
