Corindo
Light fresh Rosé wine obtained of Ciliegiolo grapes, immediately pressed after destemming and naturally fermented on native yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks.
About This Wine
Corindo is crafted from the Ciliegiolo grapes, grown in the young vineyards of Ranchelle, a local grape variety planted in 2015. The Ciliegilo grape variety is known for its delicate aroma and freshness. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed gently immediately after destemming. This technique extracts only very little color and tannins maintaining its full flavour. The juice ferments naturally with its native yeasts without addition of So2 or any other additive.
The result is a dry, elegant classical rosé wine with a pale cherry color and a very fresh and fruity flavour, a wine that reflects the Mediterranean climate and the fruitiness of the Ciliegiolo grapes. It’s an ideal aperitif companion and also very well suited for any fish and light vegetable dish.
